Medical tourism: '5-star' care at a 90% discount
Imagine cartels would allow Indian, Mexican, Russian, Chinese, Korean good doctors, dentists, to compete, to practice in US, for up to 90% discount. That would be a free market, not medical corporate cartel communism...
if you're in that awkward middle, where you have a little money saved, current private medical insurance cartels scheme will take it all ........ Once a cottage industry, medical tourism may be on the cusp of a big expansion as governments from India to Singapore are investing in state-of-the-art hospitals, vying for a global market.
Deloitte Consulting estimated that 560,000 U.S. residents went abroad for care in 08. The firm thinks that number will rise to 1.6 million by 2012, with patients getting discounts of up to 90 % on procedures from liver transplants to hip resurfacing.

7/7/5 London Bombings an inside job
This is again reminiscent of the 9/11 events in the US where 15 or more drills and military exercises, some simulating hijackings, some even simulating planes crashing into buildings, were being conducted at the same time as the actual 9/11 attacks.
Another weakness of the official story is that the devastating explosions are claimed to have come from crude home-made explosives the bombers are supposed to have made in their bath tub, no less. Initial assessments of experts at the scene of the explosions were that high grade military explosives were used. Only later was the story changed to have the bombers cooking up their own home-made bombs"

I suggest you set up a website, a Facebook page, Friendfeed group, a community where ideas and plans can be formulated and agreed upon.
I can help you set up many of these, if you will so desire.
9/11 has another big issue connected to it, a controlled demolition, a pretext for war, as we all know.

California blaze grows to 140,000-plus acres.
A fierce fight was waged Tuesday to save a key communications complex and historic observatory atop Mount Wilson. The collection of towers is vital for government communications and nearly 50 radio and TV stations.
Fire retardant dropped from the air and firefighters clearing brush helped protect Mount Wilson, at least temporarily.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger declared a state of emergency Friday as a result of the Station Fire. He also proclaimed a state of emergency on Tuesday in San Bernardino County, east of Los Angeles, where the Oak Glen Fire had scorched more than 1,000 acres. That fire was about 60 percent contained, fire officials said Tuesday.
The Pendleton Fire, also in San Bernardino, had burned nearly 900 acres by late Tuesday and was threatening 400 residences, according to fire officials. The blaze was 60 percent contained.
Schwarzenegger had declared states of emergency in Placer, Monterey and Mariposa counties because of fires.

ALL Fish In Every 291 Tested US Stream Have Mercury In Them. Widespread mercury pollution. The main source is emissions from coal-fired power plants
Mercury can damage the nervous system and cause learning disabilities in developing fetuses and young children.
The main source of mercury to most of the streams tested, according to the researchers, is emissions from coal-fired power plants.
The mercury released from smokestacks rains down into waterways, where natural processes convert it into methylmercury -- a form that allows the toxin to wind its way up the food chain into fish.
Mercury can indeed pose a serious health threat to people who eat too much fish and seafood. But before you swear off sushi, consider the caveats.
Trace amounts of methylmercury can build up in fish and shellfish. And it can build up in the animals that eat those fish, including humans, who then can experience neurological problems.
Symptoms can include tingling sensations around fingertips, toes and lips, a lack of coordination, vision problems and trouble articulating words. In extreme cases, mercury poisoning can cripple, kill and cause birth defects.
Health officials are most concerned about the danger to developing brains and nervous systems and issue strict consumption recommendations for children, pregnant women and women of childbearing age. But all adults are advised to watch their seafood consumption.
The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies recommended several years ago that healthy adult men who consume more than two servings of seafood a week eat different varieties of fish to lessen risks of loading up on a single contaminant.
The rule of thumb is the lower on the food chain, the lower the mercury level. Salmon and flounder will tend to have lower levels than larger predators, such as shark and swordfish.
Eating sushi can be a concern because bluefin and other sushi-grade tuna tend to be bigger fish. But again, it's a matter of how much you eat. A piece of sushi could have less than half an ounce of tuna, according to Gochfeld. Eat a few pieces a week, there is likely no issue. Eat 20 pieces of sushi per meal multiple times a week, there could be a problems.
While people will sometimes point to the sushi-loving Japanese as proof of the food's safety, Gochfeld says that people in Japan consume a wide variety of seafood, including fish lower on the food chain, such as herring and sprat.
Former New York Mayor Ed Koch says he learned the risks of eating high-on-the-seafood chain several years ago when he started eating swordfish belly three or four times a week.
Koch showed no symptoms but had his blood tested as a precaution after being told of the potential dangers of mercury. The results: blood levels more than seven times normal.
The lesson here is moderation. People tend to get mercury poisoning through chronic exposure to small doses over long periods

California Republican crisis budget cuts - deny out of jobs adults any eye and dental care. Cut social services, schools. Build prisons.
The simple fact is 250,000 Students will be denied Community College Access and 40,000 student slots are now removed from the CSU System.
And, Republican Arnold wants $1.9 Billion for New State Prisons, and there are no cuts to the California Department of Corrections, where according to Senator Loni Hancock of Alameda County, 54,000 CDC Employees watch over 180,000 State Prisoners.
About 80% of the "Felons" in the CDC are in for possession of less than a gram of Rock Cocaine, small amounts of Marijuana, and other Non-Violent Prohibition related "Crime
End the Prohibition - and the felonization of our societies medical and social problems - and we save $10 Billion annually, we get to close Prisons, fire CDC State Welfare Cases who earn $80,000 per year base, and restore our schools.

Here comes socialism.
Just as the stars were aligned for Wilson, Roosevelt, Johnson and Reagan, they are aligned for Obama. Simply put, we enter his administration as free-enterprise, market-dominated, laissez-faire America.
We will shortly become like Germany, France, the United Kingdom, or Sweden — a socialist democracy in which the government dominates the economy, determines private-sector priorities and offers a vastly expanded range of services to many more people at much higher taxes.
In implementing his agenda, Barack Obama will emulate the example of Franklin D. Roosevelt. (Not the liberal mythology of the New Deal, but the actuality of what it accomplished.)
When FDR took office, he was enormously successful in averting a total collapse of the banking system and the economy.
But his New Deal measures only succeeded in lowering the unemployment rate from 23 percent in 1933, when he took office, to 13 percent in the summer of 1937.
It never went lower. And his policies of over-regulation generated such business uncertainty that they triggered a second-term recession.
Unemployment in 1938 rose to 17 percent and, in 1940, on the verge of the war-driven recovery, stood at 15 percent. (These data and the real story of Hoover’s and Roosevelt’s missteps, uncolored by ideology, are available in The Forgotten Man by Amity Shlaes, copyright 2007.)

What is really needed is the right amount of regulation. Lassez-faire leads to corruption and crisis.

No charge, civil contempt, one stays in jail for years !!
One can spend a long time in jail in the U.S. without ever being charged with a crime.
It happened to H. Beatty Chadwick, a former Philadelphia-area lawyer, who has been behind bars for nearly 14 years without being charged.
Businessman Manuel Osete spent nearly three years in an Arizona jail without ever receiving a criminal charge. And investment manager Martin Armstrong faced a similar situation when he was held for more than six years in a Manhattan jail.
All three men were jailed for civil contempt, a murky legal concept. Some scholars say it is too often abused by judges, to the detriment of those charged and their due-process rights.
"These results of too many civil-contempt confinements are flatly outrageous and often unconstitutional," says Jayne Ressler, a professor at Brooklyn Law School.
In some contexts, the federal system limits civil-contempt confinement to 18 months. Some states have similar limits. But in other states, judges face few restrictions on how long someone can be held in civil contempt.
A judge generally can issue either a civil or criminal contempt charge whenever he or she feels that a party has disobeyed an order or has disrupted a proceeding.
Crazy stuff. Abusive system out of control.
